This low impact workout is great for reducing the pounding on the joints or if you don't want to disturb the neighbors. The routine consists of 2 sections with 2 rounds per section, and 8 exercises (50 seconds on and 10 seconds rest) per round. The Ab Bonus round is 6 minutes long with three core exercises repeated once. The total 30-minute workout routine is challenging and fun.
